Santos Tseng, Jia-Yu Liang and Huai-Te Hsieh explain how to adjust a frame with short guard arms
Metal frames typically have nosepad guard arms that can be adjusted to fit a patient's face. We describe the dispense of a frame whose guard arms were so short they were unadjustable, making the frame virtually unwearable for the patient. By performing an unconventional piggybacking of the nosepads, however, we succeeded in making the frame fit.
