What optic nerve disease is shown in the image above?

A 34 year old female patient attends your practice for a routine sight test, during funduscopy  a junior colleague observes an optic nerve anomaly arranges an OCT examination and seeks your advice.  The patient is asymptomatic, well with no family history of eye problems. Fields to confrontation are normal.
