Describe the changes within the infrared fundus image?

 

IR fundus image:

The nerve head is elevated, margins appear irregular and there is a trifurcation of the artery. No evidence of retinal nerve fibre layer oedema. No other abnormalities noted.

What would be your differential diagnosis?

a.      Idiopathic intercranial hypertension

b.      Optic nerve head drusen

c.      Anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy

d.      Optic neuritis

Examine the images of the fellow eye and describe the changes?
