So what is a website there for? Think of it as a marketing tool. It's the great communicator for the 21st century. It's an ad campaign, a promotion, a brochure, a catalogue and a fax machine all rolled into one. It's excellent value, too. Just like the rest of your marketing materials, it should be focused on driving enquiries. So, just like the rest of your marketing materials, it should sell benefits and encourage your customers to email you or phone you on every single page. It's there to earn its living - 24 hours a day.
