I have now been through most of the responses to our interactive learning mailbox and am encouraged to see that the vast majority of you have entered into the spirit of interactivity. A number of concerns keep arising which we are trying to address.
I have submitted my interactivity email but have had no response.
Once the deadline for receipt of the interactive statements is reached then everyone is contacted about confirming their points. You have, however, raised a point that it would be good to acknowledge receipt of the original statement at the time it is sent. We have therefore amended our system so that from now on you should get an automatic receipt once an interactivity statement is sent.
