Bill Harvey attends the latest CIBA Vision Specialist Club meeting and enjoyed the opportunity for some healthy debate

\Pat-Caroline.jpgThe Ciba Specialist Club was originally set up by the recently departed and much missed Ron Loveridge as a way of both encouraging information exchange between those practitioners specialising in contact lens practice and encouraging those with limited experience to improve and progress within the discipline. The fact that so many practitioners attended the latest meeting on a cold and grey day on the edge of Leeds bears testament to its success.

Age Considerations

The day began with a lecture by keynote speaker Professor Pat Caroline (Pacific University) who spoke on the challenges for successful fitting of presbyopes.
