Principally, East Quay Vision is a ‘regular opticians’ but there are some things that make it slightly unusual. It was formed by two optometrists and a group of GPs and their practice manager and is sited within a large one-stop-shop medical centre in Somerset. It is also working with the local GP Federation and the PCT to develop more clinical services for its local community, particularly NHS funded services.
