Acrylic production has been a decade-long labour of love for Kirk & Kirk founders and optical industry stalwarts Jason and Karen Kirk. For the brand, the results have been worth the effort.

The glass-like effect of frames in the Kaleidoscope collection is the first thing one notices, something only possible through the use of acrylic. Metallic effects can also be added, as seen in the Vivarium and Solarium collections, in which the frames take on different shimmers in varied light.

The number of eyewear brands working with acrylic is very limited, which affords exclusivity not just to Kirk & Kirk, but to its stockists too.
