The 2022 Awards winners were revealed on a gala evening at the London Hilton on Park Lane. Here are all the deserving winners
  1. Technology Practice of the Year, sponsored by Optix , winners Maskell + Josephson collect the trophy from Optix’s Trevor Rowley
  2. Multiple Practice of the Year, sponsored by Scope, winners Specsavers Haverfordwest
  3. Sustainable Practice Award, sponsored by CooperVision, was scooped by Woodhouse Opticians and presented by country manager for UK and Ireland at Coopervision Doug Bairnier
  4. Independent Practice of the Year is collected by winner Samantha Hague Optometry from Martin Batho of sponsor Hoya Lens UK



5. Fashion Practice of the Year winner Station Road Opticians is presented with the trophy by Michelle Fazzini of sponsor Marcolin

6. The Lens Award is collected by the winner Hoya Lens UK from James Arrow managing director of the sponsor Boots Opticians

7. The Frame Award was won by Rolf Spectacles and collected by Harvey Dhadwar of UK Eyewear Distribution from ABDO’s Kevin Gutsell

8. The Contact Lens Award was won by Menicon and presented by Vivid Optical’s Danny Alaimo

9. The Technology Award was presented to Advanced Ophthalmic Systems by the College of Optometrists’ president Professor Leon Davies

10. Optical Supplier of the Year winner Mainline Instruments



11. Enhanced Optical Service Award, sponsored by Moorfields Private Eye Hospital and won by NHS Wales University Eye Care Centre

12. The Myopia Management Award, sponsored by CooperVision, is collected by Bhavin Shah of the winner Central Vision Opticians from CooperVision’s Debbie Olive

13. The Dispensing Optician of the Year, sponsored by Asda Opticians, is Richard Spencer of David Burghardt Vision Care who collected his award from Sarah Joyce



14. Clare Pearce was named Optometrist of the Year and was presented the award by Nigel Wingate of the sponsor OutsideClinic

15. Barnham Opticians became the first recipient of the Build Back Better Award

16. Social Media Practice of the Year Award collected by Yorkshire Eyewear from Cambridge Spectacle Co’s Ahmed Ejaz
