At Boots Opticians Oxford Street, the number one priority is customer service, says practice manager Cindy Higgins. Even in the early planning stages, customer needs and expectations were at the heart of all decisions and the result has been the creation of a store in which every customer feels welcomed. It was this focus on the customer which earned the team the 2006 Optician Award for Large High Street Multiple Practice of the Year.
