
More than 11,000 people travelled to the UK trade show 100 Optical at the Excel Centre in London (March 1-3), with over 250 exhibitors and 5,000 brands in attendance.
A 9% rise in optometrists and dispensing opticians was recorded at the show, along with a 20% increase in buyers and a 66% increase in senior-level ophthalmologists and consultants at the co-located 100% Ophthalmology event.

Emphasising a ‘Focus on the future’, the event featured an impressive line-up of exhibitors, industry launches, networking events, catwalk shows and an educational programme with over 100 hours of CPD content.
Winners of the Love Eyewear Awards were announced at a ceremony on the Catwalk, including Spada Laura/ Gazusa for the Women’s frame of the year and Made in Italy for the Mens’ frame of the year. Meanwhile, Tanaka eyewear collected two awards for New designer 2025 and Sustainable frame of the year.
