ABDO's Medal of Excellence was awarded to Chris Burton for service to the Academic Committee, as chairman and a member. The Honorary Membership of the Association was presented to Dick Roberts (right), a former member of ABDO's Council and long-standing GOC member.
Finally, a Life Membership was presented on behalf of the board to Alan Parkhurst who has served ABDO and its predecessor the ADO for over 40 years. He was president of ABDO from 2000 to 2002 and the first chairman of the ABDO College.
