FMO chairman Andrew Actman is this month taking part in the Peking to Paris Rally, providing essential mechanical assistance in one of the mobile-workshop service crews.
Actman has experience of many rallies including the London to Dakar and 2000 Millennium Marathon. The race marks the 100-year anniversary of the Peking to Paris rally in 1907 and will include over 130 international classic and historic cars from Bentleys to Bugattis.
The journey starting at Tiananmen Square will last a month venturing through the Gobi Desert, Siberia, Russia and into Europe and will end on June 30 with a parade into Paris to the Place De La Concorde.
