AIO members David Beaumon (second right) and Neil Brooks (third right) talked about the evolution of the independent sector and how it can succeed in the face of an aggressive and competitive business environment.

The pair said feedback suggested that the students prioritised independent practices for employment, but often ended up with multiples because of the lack pre-reg places with independent practices and the comprehensive recruitment structure within the multiple sector.
