The Association for Independent Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians (AIO) has invited non-independent practitioners to visit its Optrafair stand (B18).
Chairman Peter Warren said: ‘We would be delighted to talk to optoms and dispensing opticians that have an interest in moving to the independent sector at Optrafair.
‘If we can provide something of a ‘dating service’ for them with our members it will be yet another benefit for AIO members and hopefully we will be able to welcome a number of new independents into membership of the association.’
