The Allders Opticians chain has rolled out a modernisation programme which has resulted in the opening of a larger practice and the launch of a website, www.alldersopticians.com
Allders Opticians, which has 11 branches throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, has relocated its Barton practice to Bedford Road. The new-look larger practice allows the branch to present frames and lenses in new glass-fronted spectacle cabinets with sliding doors and mirrors.
Operations manager Stella Bate said: 'It is important that we continue to offer customers a superior and more personalised experience than they would receive from national chains. By investing in our premises and our staff we are satisfying the needs of customers and increasing our turnover.'
The website features information on the full range of services offered, including lenses, frames, contact lenses, eye examinations plus news about special offers.
