The company states that the move is designed to harmonise the successful range under one single brand identity as well as communicating the brand benefits more clearly on pack.
The first product to change will be Refresh Contacts followed by Refresh Soothe and Protect and Refresh Instant Revival. The company adds that each product in the range will retain its own distinctive colour code to help those suffering from tired eyes find their usual product. For new customers the core benefit of ÔHelping nature keep eyes cool and freshÕ is now more strongly communicated on pack.
To help ensure a smooth transition the original packs have been featuring the new look for the last few months.
The company says that the new packaging has been extensively researched and depicts more clearly, through use of colour codes and imagery, the rangeÕs proposition.

Refresh Contacts is available in its new packaging format now. The rest of the Refresh range will be adopting the new look later this year.
