Optical services provider Adaro Group announced it is acquiring optical diagnostic and clinical software company AOS. 

The buy out combines Adaro’s expertise in membership plans and customer loyalty solutions with AOS’s clinical technology, and aims to revolutionise digital engagement between optical healthcare providers and customers.
