Asia launch: Clearlab International attracted some 130 contact lens practitioners to the Asia Pacific launch in Hong Kong of the biocompatible Clear 1-day daily disposable lens, supported by its regional distributor, Dreimlens. Presentations were made by Michael Sausman, sales director, Asia Pacific (pictured with Peter Pang, director of Hong Kong Polytechnic Eye Centre), and Steve Newman, chief technology officer, who outlined the commercial advantages of the lens.
