International eyewear show Mido, held on February 4-6 at Fiera Milano, announced that Asian brands would return to the event for the first time since the pandemic.
Event areas include the OttiClub for training and conferences, exhibit areas, including the Fashion District, Design Tech, Design Lab, Lenses, Fair East, Tech, Lab Academy, Start Up, which showcases new eco-brands, and the Italian Trade Agency space to promote emerging brands.
Giovanni Vitaloni, president of Mido, said: ‘We are extremely pleased with the participation by Asian countries, especially China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia and Thailand, that, despite the still-high Covid restrictions, will exhibit at the show.
