The British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) is offering 150 free new-delegate places for BCLA 2011, which will be held at the Manchester Convention Complex from May 26-29.
The offer, which includes hotel accommodation for the Saturday night, a gala dinner ticket and conference and exhibition pass for the Saturday and Sunday, is available on a first-come, first-served basis to full BCLA members who have never attended a BCLA Clinical Conference and Exhibition. Non-members can also apply for the offer by joining the Association.
The BCLA explained that the 150 places were available thanks to the generosity of clinical conference new delegate sponsors CIBA Vision, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Alcon, CooperVision, Bausch+Lomb and Topcon. Applicants must be BCLA members registered with the General Optical Council, General Medical Council or Irish Opticians Board and a resident of the UK or Republic of Ireland. The offer is not open to students or pre-reg students.
