Dr Neelam Patel and Shelly Bansal will focus on monthly payment care plans during the British Contact Lens Association’s next webinar, which aims to provide tips for growing a contact lens business.
Dr Patel commented: ‘Monthly payment plans have the potential to improve patient retention, allow the practice to price products competitively and create a more sustainable business model.’
The webinar will be hosted on October 15 between 6.30pm and 7.30pm and will present the findings of practice-based research on monthly payment care plans, as well as their relevance during the coronavirus lockdown.
