InflammaDry is an RPS diagnostic tool which delivers results in ten minutes using a simple line-in-window system. The single use product is simply unpacked, a sample of tears taken from the patient and then shut in the unit for ten minutes for the test to run.
BIB set up Mitron Medical to develop a range of products for dry eye treatment and it was exhibiting a range of products at the BCLA. Among the products on its stand were fluorescein, Lissamine green, Rose Bengal and Shirmer strips. The firm also had a comprehensive line up of drops, wipes, sprays and pads along with supplements and larger pieces of equipment such as the Electron MPS-II Macular Pigment Screener.
