Bird polls practices on frame stocking

Bird Eyewear identified that originality in design, quality of the frame, and customer service and support were the most important factors to optical practices when deciding on a new frame range.  

The British brand asked UK optical practices the question on Facebook in order to better understand how it could support independents.  

Originality in design received 22% of the vote, followed by quality of the frame (19%), customer service and support (17%), ability to swap frames out (9%) and exclusivity (7%).  

Bird said it already supported independents on many of these factors, such as adjusting the pricing of its frames after receiving feedback that they were priced too low for their level of quality.
