Birmingham Optical announces support for Childhood Eye Cancer Trust
Birmingham Optical has announced it will be supporting the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT) for the second year running.
In addition to the company donation, Birmingham Optical will be hosting a number of fundraising events in 2017 to support CHECT, including a cycle ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats by CEO Steve Fleming.
In the UK around 50-60 cases of Retinoblastoma are diagnosed every year and around 98% of children will survive with early diagnosis.
