B&L unveils new FreshVision packaging

Bausch & Lomb has launched a new look for its FreshVision solutions and contact lens product pack this month.

The changes include a new logo and a smaller box with new graphics and a handle to make it easier to carry. Practitioners order these boxes, which are filled by B&L with six months' supply of solution and lenses to suit each individual patients' needs. As part of the relaunch, B&L has developed new slim ReNu Multipurpose and ReNu MultiPlus bottles that take up less storage space - both for practitioners and patients. The FreshVision pack has also been extended to include the entire B&L range, including both the PureVision and Soflens One Day lenses, so practitioners can rely on the one umbrella product to fulfil all their patients' needs. 'The new FreshVision look offers practitioners an increased business and marketing opportunity for the practice,' said senior product manager Nicolette Kotze. 'Together with the modern logo and the new packaging, which is easy to carry and easy to store, FreshVision is now truly in touch with patients' needs.' To support the new look, B&L has launched a new 12-month promotion offering practitioners prizes such as a hot air balloon trip, car rental and meals in some top restaurants. In addition, one patient will win a five-day shopping spree in New York for two.
