Body Doctor co-founder presented with MBE

Sue Grant, the co-founder and managing director of the Body Doctor, was presented with an MBE at Windsor Castle for services to entrepreneurship.

Grant was joined at the ceremony by her two sons, Adam and Sam, who she founded the company with in 2012 with her youngest son Alexander joining in 2022.

‘It’s such an honour to be awarded an MBE after almost 30 years of working with microwavable hot compresses, a concept that was not available in the UK at the time, Grant said.

She said that receiving an MBE was a ‘pinch me moment’ and was difficult to believe but added that her parents would have been blown away.
