Opti, the first major tradeshow of 2024, was held in Munich on January 12-14 at its longstanding home within the Messe München exhibition complex.
Show organisers reported a total of 21,500 visitors, which represented a significant increase on the 2023 event’s total of 15,500. Similarly, exhibitor numbers were up from 307 in 2023 to 390 this year.
‘The feedback from visitors and exhibitors in many conversations confirmed that our trade show concept and the date in January are absolutely right,’ said Cathleen Kabashi, head of Opti.
‘Close co-operation and the development of a joint concept with all trade show stakeholders over the course of the last year were crucial to the event’s success. It’s great to see how the Opti community loves its trade show and believes in it – the sense of community is what made this success possible.’
The next edition of the show will be held from January 31 to February 2, 2025.
