
Boots Opticians has been rated the UK’s favourite opticians with a score of 4.8 out of 5 between March 2024 – March 2025, according to customer review data from Google.
This year, the group has reported becoming the first high street multiple to launch optomap technology and it also introduced MacMillan Cancer Support training to equip optometrists with the skills to help those living with cancer.
Andrew Palmer, director of customer and commercial at Boots, commented that the Google rating reflected ‘the team's passion, hard work and commitment’.
‘The genuine connections we have built with our customers, along with the fantastic feedback they’ve shared through Google and Trustpilot, have all been key to this recognition,’ he said.
