Boots Pays for staff CET Days

Boots Opticians has planned four CET days, each with the same agenda, for professional staff in December.

David Cartwright, director of professional services, said that with recent changes in CET funding support, Boots professionals could undertake a full day of company-provided regional CET in work time.

As well as lectures on paediatric dispensing and fluorescein stain interpretation, there will be a drop-in fundus photography workshop and two visual recognition exercises. The events will be held at Glasgow's Hilton on December 12, Manchester's Hilton on December 13, Cardiff's Hilton on December 19 and Boots Head Office Conference Suite in Nottingham on December 20.
