CET consultant

Optometrist Caroline Christie is the British Contact Lens Association's new education consultant. Christie will be responsible for planning and implementing the Association's annual programme of CET.

Christie has held posts at Moorfields Eye Hospital, City and East London College and City University in London, and professional services management roles within the contact lens industry and retail optics.

As the operations director of Optometric Educators she was involved in the development of CET for independent and corporate clients. She also acts an expert witness on behalf of the GOC and is a senior examiner for the College of Optometrists.
