Charmant brings Asia distribution in-house

Charmant has acquired the optical distribution business, Sin Kwang Holdings Pte, its regional distributor for Asia sales, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

By bringing distribution in-house, the company aimed to expand sales through the new wholly owned local sales subsidiaries. It has also created a new distributing subsidiary for South Korea, called Charmant Korea. New operations are expected to begin from January 1, 2023.
