Chec Kings Norton welcomes first patients

UK provider of community healthcare, Chec, opened the doors and welcomed its first patients to its Kings Norton hospital in Birmingham.

The facility intended to help with shorter NHS waiting times and improved patient choice by providing local residents with timely access to ophthalmology services, such as cataracts, YAG laser and Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS).

Natasha Watts, hospital manager at Chec Kings Norton, shared: ‘We’re very excited to be opening our doors in kings Norton. We look forward to welcoming patients and invite the local community to get in touch and learn more about how we work with the NHS to make much-needed treatments more readily accessible.’
