CHEC opens Milton Keynes hospital

Community Health and Eyecare (CHEC) was welcoming patients to its newly opened Pitfield Lane site in Milton Keynes with free parking and excellent transport links.

The state-of-the-art facility has a new clinical theatre and was now accepting ophthalmology referrals as part of efforts to reduce NHS waiting times and treat patients within four weeks.

 ‘Patient choice, exceptional care and equity of access are central to CHEC’s operations and ethos, which is why we’re proud to collaborate with NHS partners nationwide,’ said Jose Bailey, commercial director at CHEC.

 ‘We’re excited to become part of the Milton Keynes community and would welcome local optometrists to get in touch to learn more about how we can work in partnership to make much-needed treatments more readily accessible,’ he added.
