CHEC opens new clinics

New clinics offering ophthalmology and endoscopy services were opened by Community Health and Eyecare (CHEC) in Ilford and Milton Keynes. 

Jose Bailey, commercial director at CHEC, said: ‘Our centres in Ilford and Milton Keynes mark a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to elevate healthcare standards. By incorporating innovations, technology, highly skilled medical professionals, and a dedication to patient wellbeing, we aim to reshape the healthcare landscape and contribute to the overall health and happiness of communities.’ 

The community healthcare provider said the new centres will deliver services to patients within four weeks, which compared to NHS waiting times of 32 weeks in Milton Keynes and 14 weeks in Ilford.
