Childhood Eye Cancer Trust launches eye care services survey

An online survey aiming to find out more about artificial eye care services has been launched by the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT).

It will look at the type of services offered and how satisfied individuals are with their care. It can be accessed at: www.chect.org.uk.
