CIBA Vision has apologised to practitioner Shelly Bansal for showing video footage on the in-house TV channel at the BCLA 2006 without his prior approval.
The company said; ‘The comments and opinions expressed by Mr Bansal in that video related only to silicone hydrogel technology in general terms and were not intended to specifically relate to any product, nor to represent an endorsement of any one product or manufacturer.’
