Steve Thomson joins to strengthen its anterior segment product development team
Heidelberg Engineering has appointed Steve Thomson as clinical director in order to strengthen its anterior segment product development team.
Thomson has over 30 years of experience in the ophthalmic industry, including a background in ophthalmic imaging with knowledge of the anterior segment.
Arianna Schoess Vargas, managing director of Heidelberg Engineering, said: ‘We are convinced that Steve is ideally placed to demonstrate how high-quality imaging combined with comprehensive data can foster confident treatment decisions and transform clinical workflows.’
Thomson added that he was excited to be part of the Heidelberg team and contribute to the development of Anterion and other anterior segment solution.
