College of Optometrists reveals new app for members

The College of Optometrists has launched an app to offer support for its members.

It will provide members with on and offline access to guidance for professional practice, clinical management guidelines, optometrists’ formulary, patient videos and clinical advisors.

Catherine Bithell, director of member services and communications for the College of Optometrists, said: ‘We are very excited to introduce the new member app, which brings together some of our most popular resources, including the CMGs, the Guidance for Professional Practice, and the Optometrists’ Formulary. This app will replace the existing member guidance app and provide us with the opportunity to give our members more content on the go and will allow us to update the content regularly.’
