James Millard Vision ExpressVision Express has backed an eye cancer survivor set to take part in the Blind Cricket World Cup. The multiple has supplied 19-year-old patient James Millard, from West Sussex, with sports goggles and sunglasses made with high-strength tinted lenses.

Millard will travel to Cape Town later this month with his 16 team mates from England’s visually impaired squad to compete in the international tournament.

He said: ‘Due to the problems in my left eye, any glasses or sports goggles I wear need to incorporate a special tinted lens, which is very expensive. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Vision Express for their backing as I embark on such an important competition in my sporting career.’
