Crowds flock to Vegas Expo

Over 12,000 eye care professionals from around the world descended on Las Vegas for Vision Expo West, which wrapped up last week.

Delegates had the chance to see nearly 475 exhibitors and 5,000 brands across all aspects of eye care, eyewear and accessories.

'International Vision Expo West is a healthy, energetic and vibrant event and the number of loyal and satisfied visitors was a testament to that,' said Tom Loughran, vice president Reed Exhibitions.

Organisers said next year's event would be held on October 2-6, before returning to a late-September date for the next seven years.
