Design Council reflects on style the D&A way

The chief executive of one of Britain's largest optical retail groups has taken part in the Design Council's 'Design in Business Week'.

Dollond & Aitchison's Russell Hardy was invited to make a presentation on D&A's image service, Styleyes, as part of the focus on effective use of design. Mr Hardy told 100 senior business people at the event in Walsall, West Midlands: 'The Styleyes service was designed to tackle the stigma of specs- wearing in Britain, by providing our customers with spectacles they feel happier and more confident to wear.'
