Distance at the centre of design

SynergEyes UK has launched a new version of its hybrid Duette Progressive contact lens with a customisable centre distance for emerging to advanced presbyopia.

The new CL uses the company’s proprietary Centre Distance FlexOptics technology with an adjustable centre distance zone size ranging from 1.8 to 4.0mm. The zone is driven by photopic pupil size, and Duette has add powers from +0.75 to +5.00D.

The Duette Progressive range accounts for different eye and pupil sizes by offering hybrid CLs customisable for presbyopia, even for those patients with astigmatism. The Centre Near design offers the advanced presbyope clear vision at all distances, said the manufacturer.
