Fitness to practise panel ruled that the DO was guilty of misconduct

Denbighshire-based dispensing optician Jade Butler has been erased from General Optical Council registers after a fitness to practise panel ruled she was guilty of misconduct.

The panel heard Butler took funds from her employer by putting numerous refunds onto several of her own credit cards. Butler has until September 29, 2022 to appeal against her erasure.
