Duncan and Todd appoints new CEO

Duncan and Todd appointed Mat Norris as group CEO as Frances Rus transitions to a non-executive director role on the board of directors.

Norris was formerly CEO at Aqualisa, a smart shower manufacturer in the UK, and has previously held leadership roles at Titon, Jim Lawrence Lighting and Johnson Matthey.

‘I am thrilled to join the fantastic team at Duncan and Todd and very pleased to continue to have Frances's expertise remain on the board. Frances’ deep insights, gained through devoted service to the industry, will help continue the success of the group,’ Norris said.

Under Rus’s leadership, Duncan and Todd experienced growth and expanded its presence across Scotland, as well as relocating its manufacturing division, Caledonian Optical.
