Firm looks to expand its global reach by investing more in export sales

Dunelm Optical is looking to expand its global reach by investing more in export sales.

The company will be exhibiting at Opti Munich and the Mido Eyewear show in Milan this year.

Attempts to increase export sales growth come after the internal appointment of new export manager Phil Toolsy last November.

He said: ‘We export our unique frames to over 50 countries worldwide already but we wish to expand this even further. As a leading UK designer we see it as a must that we are at these shows.’

Dunelm’s 16-brand collection includes Paul Costelloe, Julian Beaumont, Retro and Whiz Kids as well as a new teen range from OMG! Eyewear.
