Allison has signed a five-year licence contract with Alfred Dunhill to design, manufacture and distribute sunglasses and frames for the luxury brand from autumn/winter 2005.
The first Dunhill collection from Allison will include 25 eyewear models and will make its debut at the Mido show in spring 2005.
Allison added that the frame collection would combine modern geometric shapes with classic design to create a style that was contemporary, chic and sophisticated - 'an understated look for the gentleman driver'.
The sunglasses would be inspired by Dunhill's heritage and its motoring roots. It would evoke the classic design of motorcycle goggles from the Dunhill archives, with rounded lenses, a Havana tint and all-black frames.
Dunhill's luxury products include leather goods, jewellery, timepieces and men's clothing.
