A 3D imaging option for the Imaging Module 910 has been launched by Haag-Streit in the UK, which is said to unveil more detail for a richer viewing experience for practitioners.
A second 4K camera has been added, which can record video and images in 3D, providing a detailed representation of the slit lamp exam. Haag-Streit highlighted that this could also enhance teaching of trainees.
Frank Wenger, head of product management for general diagnostics at Haag-Streit, said: ‘We are thrilled to launch the new 3D feature for the IM 910. This innovation offers a completely new experience in teaching.’
