Essilor extends e-store luxury library

Jimmy Choo, Ferrari Scuderia and Tom Ford have joined Essilor’s e-store frame library to offer practitioners greater choice when ordering uncut and precut lenses.

Alan Pitcher, commercial director for wholesale lenses at EssilorLuxottica, said: ‘Our growing selection of frames now offers even more choice at the click of a button and is an efficient alternative to in-house glazing and remote edge services.’

A ‘frame-to-follow’ option was also available on the company’s glazing service, enabling practitioners to order frames ahead with lenses prepared and ready when the frames arrived.

The service was available on Essilor’s full range of lenses including Varilux, Eyezen, Essilor Stellest lenses, Transitions and was open to all Essilor lens customers accessing online ordering via EssilorPro.
