EssilorLuxottica creates support scheme for practices

It aims to improve practices' profitability, marketing and customer experience

A rewards programme has been launched by EssilorLuxottica in the UK, which aimed to help optical practices improve profitability, develop marketing tools and improve the customer experience.

It has been designed with standard, gold and platinum levels and complemented the Essilor Experts scheme and Luxottica’s existing support programmes.

The scheme included a frames returns policy, deals for lenses and instruments, social media support and training to encourage conversion and upgrading of sales.

Franco Ferrante, North Europe vice president for professional solutions at EssilorLuxottica, said: ‘Our unique position on the market allows us to develop this offer to further support our partner opticians. Our priority is to reinvent added value within practice to enable our customers to grow.’
